AM: Mysore & Backbends with Ramiro
Mysore Practice 07:30–09:30 An open self-practice space in the traditional Mysore-style format. Ramiro offers individual guidance, hands-on adjustments, and personal feedback tailored to where you are in your Ashtanga journey — whether you're new to the method or working with more advanced sequences. Backbend Workshop 10:00–12:00 The spine is the axis of our physical body and contains our central nervous system. When we practice asana what are doing, ultimately, is no other thing that work around the spinal cord stretching it, bending it or twisting it and that consequently results in the stimulation of our nervous system and the awakening of the subtle channels to which it is associated. In this workshop, we will seek to understand our spine since its origins to take on the execution of different asanas with an efficient a conscious use of our anatomy so that the practice of Yoga can be a vehicle for healing our body and our mind promoting a healthy nervous system.
